CONTEMPORARY LIVING SPACE (2023)
For this piece, I created a contemporary living room space following an online tutorial. I wanted to gain more experience with texturing and rendering. For the chairs, I focused on a leather texture, with a focus on glass qualities for the table.
I also experimented with the X Gen instancer in Maya to create the fuzzy rug.
For the lighting, I focused on creating a setup that would best showcase 3D models, using a curved surface for the models to sit on and a three-point lighting system set-up.

Having previous limited experience with the particle system from working on (2022), I worked to expand my knowledge with the particle system with this piece, focusing on how I could use it create a still composition, rather than an animation.
I also wanted to continue my exploration with the X Gen instancer, so I created a fuzzy mug.
